How does the class flow?
It all starts with a story around the screen. Our knowledgeable and friendly coaches will brief the workout of the day, what you will be doing and how to achieve the stimulus for the workout. You will be guided through a group warm-up, which will then flow into the workout/ strength elements.
How long are the classes?
All of our classes are one hour long… thats right only an hour,all you need to do is just turn up and we will take care of the rest.
I want to join, but I don’t think I'm fit enough / too old…
The great thing about our workouts is that they are designed and adapted for all abilities and fitness levels. The needs of our high-performance athletes compared to our grandparents differ in degree but not in kind, so we scale workouts to the individual’s needs, rather than changing the workouts.
Can I join a class even if I haven’t done it before?
To give you the confidence and to make sure you are comfortable in our classes when you join with us, we will take you through either 3 or 5 PT sessions ( included in the first 30-day payment). Our coaches will guide you through all the elements you will use in our classes at your learning speed and ability.

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing something you’ll be not only comfortable in but can move freely in. We would suggest, shorts/leggins , t’shirt/ long sleeve, jumpers for those cold mornings/evenings. If you want an idea.. feel free to check out our apparel… or our instagram …. see what our members wear.
Will I get Bulky?
Our classes will make you strong, fit and mobile. Bulky comes with years of dedicated diet and specific training. Our aim is for longevity, and helping you to achieve the best version of yourself.
